Amy has been a resident of the Shenandoah Valley since 1982. Over the past 7 years she has had a successful career as a full-time Real Estate Agent with her client base, listings and sales continuing to grow. Amy's expertise includes intimate knowledge of Clarke & Frederick Counties and their small-town cultures.

Much of her practical training and strength as a Realtor comes from working in different capacities in the Real Estate industry for more than 15 years, establishing close relationship with other real estate agents, brokers, and developers. Amy's sales and listing inventories have resulted in continued recognition as one of the top-producing agents for RE/MAX Roots.

Amy specializes in residential properties in the Shenandoah Valley area and is experienced in the marketing and sales of the finest local properties. Her strong negotiating skills, contract knowledge, and use of the latest technology add to her tools of success.

Amy has been recognized twice by The Blue Ridge Association for Realtors with the presentation of the Director’s Award for sales of $3 million plus within a year. She has also been inducted into the 100% Club by RE/MAX Centre Realty for levels of productivity that were more than double the industry average. Amy and her team were ranked within the Top 100 producers for RE/MAX Virginia in 2016 and 2017.

Amy continues to hone her skills as a Realtor through continuing educations to ensure she has at her finger tips all the latest in real estate laws and contract. Amy’s goal is to exceed expectations through consistent, clear communication, high professional standards, courtesy, and discretion, as well as being personally available to her clients.

In her spare time Amy likes kayaking, cycling and enjoying trail hikes and gardening. Amy enjoys being a mother to two adult daughters, and currently lives with her fiance and his son. She also enjoys traveling and listening to live music.
